We stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if there is an issue with your order. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. Our shipments are carefully inspected prior to shipping, but in the event that the goods you receive are flawed, we are happy to offer a full refund on all blank, regularly stocked merchandise returned within 30 days of receipt.  If the goods you receive are not flawed but you would like to return them, you may return your order within 30 days of receipt but a 10% restocking fee as well as shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

For custom products, if the product you receive differs substantially from the proof you created at Quevedo Fitness or if the goods are otherwise flawed, you may return the custom goods for a full refund within 15 days of receipt. Unless the goods are flawed, we are unable to accept returns on custom goods.

To obtain a full refund for your return, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Please contact a Quevedo Fitness representative via email at the following email address: QuevedoFitness@yahoo.com.  In the content of the email state your reason for requesting a return. If QF has made an error or your goods are flawed, we will send you a return shipping label so you may return your order. (You may be asked to provide a photograph of the error/flaw so we can issue a shipping label.)**

Step 2:  Please ensure that the product is in its original packaging and that the product is in new and unused condition.  All returned items must be in new and unused condition to receive a refund.  Quevedo Fitness defines “new and unused” as a product in its original packaging. Products that have been washed, printed or otherwise altered are not eligible for return. QF must receive back the full balance of items purchased to complete the return.

Step 3:  After Quevedo Fitness receives and inspects your returned shipment for the error/flaw, a refund will be issued via your original payment method and you’ll be all set!

All items will be shipped via the United Postal Service, Priority Packaging. USPS PRIORITY, although one price, also depends on the CONUS destination. Generally prices range from $7.75 to $16.50, pending the size of USPS package. We also have Pick-Up and Point of Sale available.
